Mercedes Wagner
Mercedes Wagner is a photographer who has studied philosophy, gender, economics and scenography, and costume design, and pursued her own research in Peru, Ecuador, Columbia, Chile and Brazil. She holds an MA degree program in Photography Studies and Practice from the Folkwang University of the Arts, Essen (Germany), and has received a number of development and research grants, including a nomination for the Folkwang Prize, 2017. Group exhibitions include the International Young Photographers Exhibition, Daegu (Korea) in 2018 and “Made In..,” Kunsthaus, Essen in 2019.
